Appointments complete, how long?

Does anyone know about how long after DODMETS site says complete for the 2 appointments they’ll let you know if they need additional info or if you are disqualified for something? How will they let us know if additional info is needed? Email to kid?

1-2 days after I saw DODMETS switch to “case closed” for me I received an emailing informing me that my DODMERB file was updated. I was prompted to make an account and login. This was just a few days after finishing my second appointment. I have no idea if this is the norm.

My son completed both of his exams two weeks ago and DodMets says that the case is complete and waiting for the Civ team to review his file. It switched to this as soon as both exams were uploaded about 3 days after his appointments The FAQ page there says that can take 2-4 weeks, so maybe any day for us. I too wonder how it works if there is any additional information is needed.
