I'm a Navy Doctor. I can probably answer some of your questions as many are similar between the services. I have some insight into Army medicine having attended USUHS as well as rotated at some of the Army hospitals. I also deployed to an Army base in Iraq; however, didn't deal with the Army physicians there very often.
