Who would handle upgrades? Are you saying individual schools might offer it? Or is Cadet Command processing additional upgrades?

You'll log into the portal. Click on status. Scroll to the bottom and it will say the school name, the scholarship, and the status. If the status is P you are pending. If its A, you have accepted.
 
My letter of intent doesn’t show up in the portal upload even after I upload it. I emailed cadet command a copy with it on Tuesday. Do you know how long it usually takes to get validated?

Usually if you upload it, 2 hours. If you sent it by e-mail, may take a few. Have you tried a different browser or computer? Id still try to upload it if you can.
