Question - my DS took his PFA back in September and was Boarded the first go round, but did not receive an offer. He retook the PFA and improved in all areas; the result was uploaded Thursday night, the deadline for the second board. Since he has already been boarded, will this change his score on the OML?

No. Once boarded your score remains the same. Assuming he successfully passed the PFT the first time, there wasn't any need to retake.
