If I do not receive an appointment after this round, I'll be attending a school with only Army ROTC. Is it still possible to receive an ROTC nomination to USNA from that unit if it is not Navy?

I read the following info at link below, from the primary source, as a “no” to other than NROTC for college sources. Your admissions counselor will have the definitive answer.
