Arotc culp pay

So when we returned from our CULP "deployment" we had our brief with a one star general (not Gen. Combs) and a few cadets asked about pay and the general consensus was that we would be getting paid if the Secretary of the Army signed off on it and that their was no opposition by lawyers/JAG. Im curious if anyone can offer any knowledge on the current situation regarding CULP pay???

I was there this summer as well. My team to the CZR was given a per diem payment of about $600 shortly after we got back, if we were scholarship cadets. We were told it wouldn't be per diem before we went, but that was the first thing we signed.

My mission commander forwarded emails to us that showed he was told the situation would be figured out by September 15th. I haven't heard anything for a few weeks.

I also talked to a cadet at Creighton University, who said his HRA was the head HRA for all CULP cadets and his HRA said he emailed someone at USACC and they were told we would not be getting paid.

Basically, who knows.
