AROTC Full Package Deadline

On the only application portal there is a banner saying the deadline to "create a new application" is today. Does this mean that the deadline to physically open an account is today, or to have everything other than PFA/ PMS interview is today? I have all my essays done, and I'm only waiting on an available day to do my PMS interview. I don't see a submit button, so am I ok for the deadline today since I already made my account, or am I missing submitting like a submissions of my essays and info? Does the whole application submit itself when all tabs are green?

From the AROTC website: "Deadline clarification: 03 FEB 20 is the last day for an applicant to create a new application. Individuals who have created an application still have until 09 MAR 20 to upload documents." I admit it is not worded well. It should say "complete application", not just "upload documents." My guess is that Montana right; they wouldn't expect someone to create an application, and finish it all in one night. Best wishes to all!
