AROTC high school transcript file

I uploaded my high school transcript as my college transcript because I did dual enrollment and those grades in my college courses show up on my high school transcript. I could upload that same file as my high school transcript, but it does not show my senior classes yet, on there. Should I wait until school starts and get a transcript that shows my senior classes? Or should I submit what I have now for HS transcript and then upload one with my senior classes when school starts?
