AROTC PFA Portal Upload Question

The proctor I selected, is no longer able to conduct the PFA on Monday, and he won't be available until after the deadline for the AROTC application. Fortunately, I was able to find someone else (my fitness trainer) to help with the test. This new proctor has been having issues finding the email sent to him via the academic tab on the portal. It's not in spam, junk, promotion, etc. I did see that on the additional information portion of the AROTC portal there is an option to download the scorecard. Browsing previous threads, I noticed many users said the applicant can upload the their PFA scorecard without the need of a proctors input on the file upload page. Is this still the case? I went through the file upload and did see a PFA option in the drop down menu. I'm just wondering if cadet command will care if I'm the one who uploaded my own scores, or if they'll need the proctor to do so?

If I remember correctly there is a fax number and an email address on the PFA scoring card. I don't think you upload it to the portal. I think it's fine if you are the one submitting as long as your proctor signs it.

I am having a similar problem. I sent my original email to my proctor in November but did not take it. I have a new administrator and he cannot upload my scores, because he is unable to log in. I will probably just upload the scores myself, but I did email HQ to see if they could fix the mistake.

You can upload to your portal yourself. That is the easiest way and what my DS did. Winner on 2nd board.
