AROTC Safe to Train Form While Awaiting DODMERB Waiver Authority Approval

Will the AROTC Basic Camp Cadet Command accept a "Safe to Train" Form from Civilian Dr.'s while awaiting "Under Waiver Review" as posted in DODMERB?
 
Safe to Train is an AROTC term. AROTC cadre are the best ones to pursue that and answer. It also would matter what the DQs are that are being considered for waiver. :wiggle:

Thank you - AROTC Cadre is not in step with Cadet Command.

Is it normal practice for DODMERB to share Army Wavier Authority decisions with Air Force or Navy waiver authorities?
