I am sorry. When me and my son toured Ole Miss the ROO was great there. I am hoping he will see what we all do and offer you a scholarship.
Fingers crossed.
 
I am still B/UC too. Should I email my ROO asking him if I am by any chance on the list of winners, or just wait 'till the end of the week?

I know how it feels to be turned down for something after all the hard work I placed for it. But just know that when one door closes, another one opens. Everything always happens for a reason, and I have always lived by that. If you believe in God, then just know that He always has a plan for us. Do not let this obstacle be your downfall, get back up and succeed!

Correction to winners packets. They are not being sent out this board. On your dashboard click additional info in links. There is a pdf titles scholarship winner instructions.

There is a pdf called accepting scholarship and transfer request. Instructions are in there to transfer.

You will need to upload the winner letter in the file upload tab.
An email will be coming out explaining this. Be patient.

Question, what is it we upload to our portal? Just writing in a piece of paper saying we accept the scholarship to this school and sign it? The directions are not incredibly clear.

No, it was not for naught. You did not get a scholarship, but that work ethic, along with great grades, might help you get a campus based one, provided you contact the program at your college and get involved.

There is a form that they will upload to your portal under the file upload section if they are not going to send out packets. Either way the form is the same and you have to check off which school you are accepting to (or the decline option), sign and date it, and re-upload to the portal under the file upload tab. I would send them a message through the "contact us" page on the portal and ask them to upload it to your portal, that is what I did.
 
Just got notified that I received a 2 year ECP scholarship despite not showing any interest in it. I didn’t even apply to any of the MJCs.

Should be a piece of paper with the schools you got a scholarship to. And you put an “x” next to the one you want. Thats what was sent out in the past.

I got a 3 year scholarship. In the next few days should I be expecting a letter or email or something with instructions? Or will they upload something to my portal?

Yes. Mine went from boarded to winner sometime last night and I have been awarded a 3 year scholarship (not to the college I am going to attend but I am going to try and transfer).

You “should” get instructions from the ROOs. Alternatively i posted what you need to do. A few hrs ago.
 
What is an ROO and how do we contact them? This is the first time I have heard that title in this whole process.

Recruiting operations officer. They work with individual ROTC units.

So I have received two 3 year advanced designee scholarships and one 4 year scholarship. However, my number one school was given one of the three years. Although I am extremely grateful, is it possible for me to switch the 4 year to my number one choice? The website indicated that is possible per the guidelines spelled out in the letter, however, I am not sure what this refers to. Also, I am a spring admit to my number one choice of college, rather than a Fall Admit, would this mean that I would attend ROTC classes during the first semester, then enroll in the second? Thank you.
 
Still b/uc... Have a feeling that it will stay that way. While it sucks that I fell short when I put everything I had forward, I refuse to let this stop me. I think for those of us who were not selected, we should not let this stop us from doing AROTC. Show them how badly we want it and bring the same attitude we had towards the board to whichever AROTC program we join.
