AROTC Scholarship Package in MAIL

Does anyone know what they send out or when they send out the hardcopy packages via mail?
My DS school wants to announce with pics. I thought I remember someone said after first board that what they receive is pretty nice.
 
My DS got a nice folder with an image of Cadet Command on one side and a certificate on the other side. It came fairly quickly after he was awarded his scholarship in October. I can't remember exactly how long it took to come but I was surprised when he got it in the mail. He still hasn't gotten anything from AFROTC and he was awarded that scholarship around the same time on the 1st board.
 
I received a 4-year scholarship from the October board. The package from Cadet Command arrived about a week after the results were published.
