DS’s portal just updated to say that all docs must be received by Dec 30, but interviews could be done through Jan 10 to be considered by second board. This gives an additional window to get the interview done. My guess is that they had very few additions to the pool of candidates since the first board given the short amount of time between the two boards, most of which was consumed by the holiday break. DS has been board ready since Dec 9, so doesn’t affect him, but thought others might be interested in this new info.
