My DS tried to log on to the AROTC website. It said that the password must be changed and to contact the administrator. He went through the process of "forgot my password" and reset it, and it displayed the same message. He is locked out. Does anyone have any idea who to contact? He has looked through the site and cannot find any contact information. Thank you!

We are having the same problem. We thought it was because we checked my DD status last week while out of town at a hotel and the system may have caught the sign-in was from a different location than our state. We emailed the administrator, who responded with reset instructions but they don't work either.

Clear cache. Try different browsers, even older ones.

Tried all the browser/clear cache and still not able to log on or reset password. Must be a system wide issue. Hopefully it will be resolved this week!

Were you able to fix the login issue? We are waiting for someone to help us with the same issue.

anyone have any luck logging into the AROTC site? still having issues.

Don't worry about contacting the administrator. Just click on the "forgot password" or "reset password" link at bottom of screen. Put in the email address associated with the account and you'll get a link to reset your password yourself.

Remember, the AROTC site requires you to change your password every 45 days no matter what. So, this will be a repeat issue for everyone. You just gotta use the link and make the switch at the prescribed interval...

We tried to reset the password like this and got the same error message. My son finally emailed the Helpdesk and they got back to him with specific instructions to fix it.
