Good morning. DS checked 1st choice college on his Letter of Intent but is wait listed at that school. Has requested transfer from Cadet Command to his second choice college where he was accepted (but which school was not on his list of permissible colleges on LOI). Assuming Cadet Command approves his first transfer, if he comes off the wait list at his first choice college after May 1st and they have capacity, is it likely or uncommon for Cadet Command to honor a second transfer request back to the originally-checked school as late as May? Thanks.
