AROTC uniform question

I have a question regarding the Army ROTC uniforms for cold weather. Do you wear a field jacket as a replacement for our regular acu jacket or along with the acu jacket?

I am a MS1 at JCU in Cleveland and it is 6 degree's out and I am positive we are going to go to lab and class in our regular ACU jackets.
