I am in a dual-enrollment program and have about 27 college credits so far. The two ways I can access my college transcript are by 1. Ordering a paper copy or 2. Ordering an e-transcript copy, where the etranscript company emails a link to my transcript to a recipient. The etranscript website says that .mil email addresses cannot receive transcripts from them. There aren't really any instructions on how to upload my college transcript, so i was looking for some help. Should I get myself a paper copy and scan/fax/mail it to AROTC or should I order an etranscript? Thanks
