Audiology Waiver

At my DODMERB exam there was a loud fan going while I was taking my audiology exam. I just got the results and they state that I will need a waiver for hearing loss exceeding ascension standards. It’s of my belief that my hearing is completely fine/normal and abnormal results are due entirely to the fan. What steps should I take next?

Every time I've ever taken an audiology exam for the military, it's been in a soundproof room with extremely uncomfortable/noise-cancelling headphones.

That’s my point, this room was anything but that.
