August SATs and First AROTC Board

I have been following this forum for several months and appreciate all of the fine wisdom. Here is my question. The College Board says that August SAT scores will be available online on September 15th. Should/can a potential candidate submit current best scores in order to have their interview and then update their file on September 15th with what will hopefully be higher scores from the August SAT and still be considered for the First Board? I know there is some point at which your application can't be updated.

The website says document submission deadline is sept. 17th. So if you submitted the scores on the 15th, they should be looked at during first board if your whole application is board ready.
