If I understand your question correctly, there are no rifle qualification requirements. During basic, they will do drills such as the 15-count manual and other maneuvers, but there are no requirements prior to basic.

Basics will shoot the M4. If it hasn't changed, you get 24 shots and need to shoot 22/24 to earn the marksmanship ribbon.

While I know that the shooting is fun, it wouldn't be something that I would spend any time thinking about or preparing for. You can always look at the Air Force Instruction(AFI)/Guidance(AFMAN) for weapons qualification tests on Air Force epubs.

Not sure of the range, but you will shoot prone/kneeling/standing, supported and unsupported on each

Our class ate until we couldn’t anymore lol, it would’ve been a bad decision if it weren’t for the lightning that rolled in right as we got back from the Rodeo. Eat with caution, our cadre looked bummed out about the weather.

There's a decent chance of some rather intense PT upon returning to Jacks which could have some not-fun results if you gorged out at Rodeo.
