Looks like the BCT squadron structure is going to be slightly reorganized based on the smaller incoming class sizes and amount of upperclassmen available to staff basic. According to the BCT Cadet Group Commander:

"BCT is making some changes this year in regards to how it is structured; we are cutting down from 10 Basic Squadrons to 8 Basic Squadrons (Interceptors and Jaguars are no longer). Inside of each squadron will be 5 flights corresponding to the respective academic squadrons: For Example, Aggressors Basic Squadron is now cadet squadrons 1-5, Barbarians is now cadet squadrons 6-10, etc."
