Bear's Den Account Question/ Appointment Notified Where?

When logging into my Bear’s Den account, I am taken to the generic page with the headers of admissions, academics, athletics, and careers. On this same page, when clicking on the “Application” near the top, I am taken to “My Applications”. It allows me to see my “USCGA Application” and “AIM Application”. Under both it is stated, “Application Status: Not Started”. My USCGA application is complete and I am confident that it has been received as I have gotten the email it was scheduled to go under review and have had continued contact with my AO. Does anyone know if this is a common occurrence and is just a technical mishap I should not be worried about? Also, is the “messages” portion of this same page where to stay on the lookout for a decision letter? I am a high school senior anxiously awaiting an appointment decision back and just looking to obtain all the information I can!
 
That happened to me as well because I went to the site from another site and I think that triggered it. When you get a decision and it shows on your portal it will look like this. The decision letter is right where you see all of your recommendations on your portal. The home page

I am also unable to see any of my recommendation letters and their statuses (before it "switched over" to this, I was and know they were all submitted). I attached an image of what I currently see, it is as if I had not applied. Is this also what you had/ nothing to worry about?Screenshot 2024-03-20 at 4.29.10 PM.png
 
I imagine it's just a technical glitch. I'd like to think your entire application hasn't disappeared. I would certainly call or email your AO, just to let them know for peace of mind. If nothing else, it shows you are conscientious and it a good excuse for additional interaction with your AO!

Thank you! I have already reached out to AO about it for same exact reason... any reason to continue to get name out there is a good one in my mind!

If you were deferred and then got an appointment, will they just upload a new decision letter in this same place since the old deferral letter is in the place where a new decision letter should be?
 
Will we ever get a document or anything saying you have not been considered for an appointment to the Academy? or should we take the silence as the sign?
