Bear's Den Change

I've been able to log onto my Bear's Den for months now and my checklist of items was all checked, but starting yesterday, when I log in, it takes me to a page that says that this is the first time that I have logged in, and I can no longer see my checklist. Has this happened to anyone else?
 
I'd assume they're probably just doing some sort of maintenance on the website and/or account system. I wouldn't worry about it, it'll probably be back up in no time.
 
Happened to my DS. It acted like he had never logged in before and needed to create a new account. He updated the phone number on the account, hit save, and it is back to normal now. He received an email earlier this week that said his application was before the board this week so maybe that has something to do with it.
 
My son checked his over the weekend. His was fine. He's already received his appointment.

Did DS keep the same number? I can't seem to get mine back to normal...

We're working to resolve this issue which appears to be impacting applicants who had incomplete profiles in our system prior to submitting their applications to the Class of 2025. We apologize for the inconvenience and the inability to temporarily access your Bears Den, but this problem does not impact your application status and we hope to have it fixed soon.

Bears Den access should now be restored for all applicants...please contact your Admissions Officer if you continue to have problems.
