@Ramsrule if you go to the search bar, you can look for 'Beast' in the Military Academy - USMA forum. There are ample threads available that discuss CBT, how to prepare, and what happens.

The only real constants in CBT are waking up at 0500 and sleeping by 2230... the rest varies significantly by the day.
Speaking as someone who both experienced it and will be cadre for it this summer, you are better off taking things as they come. There isn't really anything you need to know. You hardly have to think during CBT.
