BFE?

I apologize for the simplicity of this question, as this term seems to be a part of the lingo on this forum. What is a BFE?

Big Fat Envelope - it's what an appointment comes in, versus a TWE - Thin White Envelope that a QNS - Qualified Not Selected letter comes in.
