You won't meet with a BGO until you apply senior year.

What specifically are you confused about? Meeting with your assigned BGO is part of the USNA application process.

... hate to be the bearer of bad news but absent either a candidacy benefitting from some priority consideration and/or some rather dramatic, significant improvement on evidence of verbal skills, some serious plans B, C, etc. might be in order. The clues of candidacy offer little encouragement here. Not trying to be harsh. Just honest.
