Big Problems with DodMerb any hope of still receiving appointment?

I received my LOA in December and 3 nominations, the one thing holding me back is my medical exam. I started the process in early December, and then took my physical and optical exam. There was then some disconnect between my optical provider and CIVTeam who did not receive my exam for another two months (I was calling in and trying to get the exam there frequently it was just lost on the CIVTeam side). Now I am listed as "complete and on hold" in CIVTeams and still listed as "scheduled in contact area" in my candidate portal. I am 99% sure I need a waiver for my eyes, but with the approaching deadline and current world events this seems impossible. I have reached out to CIVTeam over 40 times through out this process to try and get more information or to see what needs to be done, and they either do not get back to me, or just tell me there is no extra information. My liaisons have said there is nothing that they can do until the medical exams are received by West Point. Has anyone else been through a similar situation or have any ideas? I I am starting to get very nervous.

It’s unfortunate you have to come to an unofficial forum to get assistance with an official issue.
