Black Belt Verification?

Where would I submit my black belt verification?

Logically, I checked the "upload docs" section on the portal, but realized that the verification didn't fall under any of the categories of the drop-down menu (AP Scores, Birth Certificate, Bodyfat Worksheet, Employer Evaluation, Legal Paperwork, Letter of Recommendation, Proof of Citizenship, Social Security Card, Tattoo Form.)

Also, on that note, do I have to upload all of those things? Or only if I'm asked to do so?

That would be legal paperwork. Make sure you describe what it is.

I was asked for this after I received my appointment. I wouldn't worry - yet, hopefully!
