Body Fat Composition Form

Hello! I have not posted on this site before so please ignore any errors .

I recently received a conditional appointment to USNA and the portal said that I should get a Body Fat Composition form sent to my email, but I never received it. I have already reached out to admissions to ask them to resend it (I’m sure they will get to it). I was just curious if anyone else had this problem/knows what I should be looking out for? Thank you in advance!

Give it a day or two. If you still don't receive it, contact your Admissions Counselor. You will need to take it to a medical professional to be measured and filled out.

My 2026 DS also received a conditional offer of appointment dependent on a Body Fat Composition form. If you are still in high school, ask the school nurse if she will fill out the form and sign it for you. That is what DS did and it was acceptable to USNA.

It was sent through email! Look for “Admissions Medical”. If you still haven’t received it, PM me and I can send you the pdf!
