Ok thanks! Hopefully it goes that smooth. My DD had to do the body fat measurement. It was super easy, just have a Nurse Practiioner fill it out and upload it. Turn around was 1-2 days. Forgot to mention it was last application cycle. She ended up declining USAFA and accepted USNA.
CrossFit really bulked her up and she’s only 5’2My ds had to do this and he is under the weight standard. He also Crossfits every day. His RC acknowledged that he got it and we haven't heard anything since.
My ds has gained quite a bit of muscle since he started Crossfit full-time 2 years ago. He doesn't build muscle very easily so he'll have to always prioritize lifting. He is the running and muscle-up king, though, which drives the rest of us crazy. He was underweight when he went to DODMERB because he had just gotten back from a 9-day backpacking trek. His group gave him the lion's share of food, but he still lost over 5 lbs. He just got it all back on. I seem to have the opposite problem these days!Ok thanks! Hopefully it goes that smooth.

Happens all the time on AD. There are the 5'6" male body builders who are over MAW, but less than 12% body fat. With a lot of the females, it's often the otherwise fit service member packing DDs.DD just got the dreaded body fat measurement test request. She’s stalky but does CrossFit daily but I would say about 10 pounds over weight. Anyone else has or had to do this test?
We had 2 guys in my squadron when I was stationed at Peterson AFB who were both around 6'3" and body builders. They were great guys and fun to work out with but I can't imagine how much they weighed. Their annual tape test was a running joke in the squadron.Happens all the time on AD. There are the 5'6" male body builders who are over MAW, but less than 12% body fat. My ds had just been in for his checkup so we got his scoutmaster to do it who happens to be an AF pediatrician. It took about 5 mins before our weekly meeting. At least your dad will be caught up on well visits.Just checked in at the office and no school nurse! DD goes to a small charter school. I had to schedule it with her primary doctor but they want to do a complete physical since they haven’t seen her in awhile. I asked if the nurse can just take care of this and not make a big production out of it. Nope.
