Would anyone be able to explain what process is for receiving orders for those AROTC Cadets graduating in May?
One of the Cadets in my son's battalion who is also branching Active Duty Aviation has received his orders. My son has not. Wondering why.

Whichever branch your son got, the assignment officer will get them a school slot through ATRRS. Once the school slot has been reserved, HRC will cut orders. It can be a lengthy process. I got my BOLC school slots and it took about 4 more weeks afterwards to receive my orders. At least, this is how the process went for me. ROTC processing could be a little different.
