Boy’s State Acceptance Letter

Hello all! When Boy’s State was being cancelled across the nation in the spring of 2020, I remember seeing on this forum that those who were selected would still receive credit if they had a letter from the American Legion Post saying they were accepted. Is it still necessary to submit a letter to receive credit? If so, to whom would I submit the letter to?

Anything that was not specifically mentioned in the drop-down document menu in the portal my son would just scan whatever he wanted them to have and email it to the region's Candidate Technician.
 
I emailed the admissions team with this question since I put girls state on my CAR. They told me to send it to my candidate technician.
