The official list? I just accepted as of 5am yesterday would this play a role in me not being able to find it?

It is sent in the 2nd Admissible packet through the portal. Check your portal often and click on all required documentation.
some things will take some time to get through like the security clearance, criminal background check, medical/dental docs. After all that is complete they will release your 2nd set of admissible instructions and the packing list is there.
