CA Nominations

He got his nominations from his Congresswomen. Although he did get interviewed by Senator Feinstein's Office, he has not heard back from them. He had one interview on the Dec 6th and the other on the 7th.
 
FYI, it appears Senator Feinstein's office is making the nomination notifications. My son was fortunate enough to get a call.
 
DS just got the call from Senator Feinstein's office giving him a nomination too! So very thankful!!

Wow - portal is showing DS also received our California Representative's nomination (CA-39)! So thankful.
Now we will continue to pray for an appointment and a medical waiver.

Has anyone heard if Sen. Boxer has sent out all of her nomination interview notifications? Thanks for the help!
 
CA-24 Nomination

My DS just checked USNA Portal. He received a nomination from Capps. Good luck to all!
 
We never heard anything from her. We figured it was b/c DS received a nom from Sen. Feinstein.
I know how hard it can be to wait during this process!

My DS recieved his congressional nomination today from CA 25 Mc Keon. Applied to Fienstein and Boxer but never heard a word. letter and portal update appeared on the same day. Good luck to everyone. Everyday i feel blessed that our son is even in the game. I am an enlisted Navy veteran and trust me when i say that recieving an appointment to USNA is even bigger than anyone can imagine.
 
Paperwork submissions

So my DS received a nomination from his California MOC a month ago. As it was not in the online portal yet, we called to inquire as to see if there are any issues. We were told by staff that they have until January 31st to submit and it will be submitted that day. Has anyone else run into their MOC delaying submitting to the academy like that?
 
Don't Worry

Hi! I just got my nomination from CA 18. Received the news December 20 via physical letter, but my nomination did not appear in the portal until Jan 8. So don't worry! It will show up!
 
DS's nom from Senator Feinstein hasn't shown up in his portal yet and we received the letter 12/30.
Hopefully all will be processed soon.

My DS is in the same boat. He received his letter from Senator Feinstein on the 20th as well but still is not on the portal. I would assume they will get posted soon.
