Hi all,
I leave for NAPS next Saturday (eek!) and I've been spending a lot of time preparing myself physically. I understand that I should be in great shape and able-bodied enough to pass the PRT. With that being said, I wanted to pop this question: what exactly are cadence push-ups? Is it self-explanatory, where an individual must execute push-ups to a cadence and stay with the cadence at all times? Or must they execute as many push-ups as possible within a time span?
Just wanted to ask so I know how to properly train. Thanks!
