You should regularly sign in to the uscga.edu applicant web site. There will be a calendar of events and for many of them you can sign up on-line. (The process is quite simple and straight forward).
This is where you are also able to see confirmations for events that you have signed up for throughout the application process and see what portions of your application have been registered by Admissions.
Seriously consider one of the STEP information days. Many applicants that I've worked with said that it was very interesting and worth the trip to CGA
Parents are also welcome to attend STEP with you (of course, they have a separate schedule from the prospective cadet).
