Cadet out of beast.

If this were a year from now, my daughter was fortunate enough to become 3Q, and I saw her do this… I would be muy triste.

Hope you had a fun & soggy summer. Congratulations. Now...get to work!
And yes, please call your family.

Our plebe said they have a 70 mile travel radius for Labor Day. We are thinking of coming back for the weekend... again.

Congrats! I'm just curious... what were some of the hardest parts of BEAST? Some of the most fun/exhilarating parts?
There are going to be hard parts for everyone, it honestly depends on how hard you make it and what you are good at. I had a buddy who got smoked for 3 hours because he kept screwing around, he made it a bit harder on himself when he didn't need to. If you are really good at land nav but haven't shot a lot, land nav will be easy but BRM will be harder. It all depends on you. The most fun parts were throwing grenades, buddy team live fires, land nav, and being in the field IMO. You may have different opinions and experiences so it honestly depends on you.

My mother is a little different from others so don’t worry she is feeling no type of sadness

Because a lot is lost in translation/typing, if I touched on any sort of sore spot - sorry! Congrats on slaying the beast! I know a lot of cadet candidates will appreciate your insight.

Trust me I tried
Is she on the WP Moms FB page...I can give her the business...to call you.
Glad you slayed the Beast! Are you set for A-Day--is someone coming? If not, drop into my DMs and I can set you up with a mom who is going or lives there and has a car and wants to spoil a plebe. You've missed both the Barbie movie (which is poignant and terribly funny) and Oppenheimer (which is long & dramatic)...So, a trip to Pallisades should be on your agenda for the weekend.

Can we back up a minute..."Cadet out of beast" are you saying

1) you are done, have your phone back and can answer questions, or are you saying
2) you got sent home for injury or did not pass something, so you are "out of" beast?

If No. 1 is the case, congrats and looking forward to seeing you on The Plain tomorrow (what company and regiment are you in so I know where to look)

If No. 2 is the case, my DD had two in her squad have to leave, (maybe three), and her friend got injured last weekend, so it was all nerve-racking right to the end of the March Back.
