Can Army ROTC students do the exchange program at USAFA?

Good question. Does your university have an Air Force ROTC unit? I think they would be the best to ask.
I'd be prepared to sit with the AFROTC cadre, possibly the commander, to explain why you would like to participate in the program and how it would benefit the Air Force and the Army.

AFrpaso makes a good point. The purpose of these exchanges are to build relationships between commissioning sources. It helps service academy cadets and ROTC cadets understand what the other went through to become an officer, so that they are able to work more efficiently when they become officers in the Air Force. Make sure you are able to convince them why you think it would be beneficial to do something like this.
there wouldn't be much point in an academy bringing in somebody from another service because the culture is totally different and it wouldn't prepare them for what they will be experiencing in their chosen branch. Service academy cadets can do a semester as an exchange cadet at one of the other schools but have never been aware there is any program that allows ROTC cadets to attend an FSA.
I vehemently disagree. The more exposure to other branches and/or ROTC units the better. We absolutely should foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among services as early as possible.
There is a program for USAFA to exchange with AFROTC detachments and there is a program for USAFA to exchange with other service academies. Why not a program for USAFA to exchange with NROTC or AROTC?
