Can I reset my entire unsubmitted USCGA application?

Hello,
I began applying last year but decided to just table my application until this summer. Here I am starting again, but the one recommender I wanted to change from last year happened to be the only one who sent their letter. I was wondering if there was a way to reset that so I could send requests to a new set of recommenders. I thought about making a new account, however, I went to AIM last summer and didn't know if having two accounts would complicate things as far as them finding record of that in their system.

Exactly! Contact your AO for proper direction so you don't mess anything up! This would also serve as a way to establish a foundation of communication with your AO which is what you want throughout the process.
