Can SAs see all nominations?

My DS asked this morning, so I thought I'd check here. Can USNA see that he also got a nomination to USMA?

No. Nor do they much care. They assume candidates are applying to multiple SAs and ROTC and nom sources. They assume candidates with strong applications are likely to get noms to multiple SAs, if they are in a state whose elected officials don’t collaborate to minimize or avoid name duplication across slates or limits a candidate to 1 nom total, regardless of how many SAs the candidate applied to.

The SAs focus on candidates they want for this upcoming class. They offer more appointments than they expect will be accepted to achieve the yield they are looking for, in terms of class size. It also doesn’t necessarily follow that a candidate who is offered an appointment to, say, USMA, will assuredly get appointment offers to all other SAs applied for. Some do. Some don’t.
