Can someone explain 3 year Dedicated NG/GRFD ROTC scholarships

TA is Tuition Assistance. This is provided by the Federal Gov't to a max of $4500/fiscal year.
Some states also provide tuition assistance to their Guardsmen.
This scholarship REQUIRES you to go either Guard or Reserves. You can't go Active Duty.
Also, if you are in ROTC and contract then you get the ROTC stipend as well plus book allowance.
