Hi everyone, I'm currently a rising senior in high school and I'm in the process of applying to USMA. My candidate kit became available to me this morning and I was reviewing it and such. I noticed for the candidate activities record, it asks for contact information. I would assume that this would be someone who can verify the activities; but some activities on my list can be verified by my school coach while others would have to be verified by my counsellor or a different coach. I was unsure about which contact to include for that particular form so I figured I would ask about it here.
