Is this something that my counselor will take care of? I’m not sure if this is only supposed to be school-related activities as I have done non-school related extracurriculars as well. Just a little unsure of exactly what this is.

You should really email or give your FFR a call, he’d be happy to help you. Also read the PDF in the overview tab that says candidate handbook, almost everything you need will be in there. I don’t really remember what I had to put into mine, but be aggressive and get it completes ASAP! Hope this helps
