Hi I am applying to USMA. I recently got a packet in the mail with grey envelopes. I have my transcripts with my SAT scores, class rank, etc. and I am planning to send it. But I have a few questions about the candidate portal 1) where it says "request for academic information form not received" do you just fill in the contact of your counselor? is it that easy? 2)where it says "candidate activities record" do you once again put the information of the contact who will be sending out the transcripts, etc? 3)for the SOEs (school official evaluations) do I put the name of my previous (11th grade) english teacher, math teacher, and chemistry teacher? ****once again thank you. I am grateful for all responses. I want to make sure I fill it out right so that my application can run smoothly.
