Candidate Portal not working?

Hi, I’m trying to log into my candidate portal and it keeps telling me “CAPTCHA verification failed.”

is anyone else having this problem? I even tried resetting my password, and get the same error message.

No, I logged in with no problem

You might try another browser (and/or clearing your cache) as often "echoed" on the forum. Some of my students have had general password issues with the USMA site so I recommended that they reach out to the admissions team at USMA and let them know about their issues. USMA IT (I assume) reached out to both of them and were able to resolve the issue(s) on their end. I hope that helps!

Try typing your lastname with in all capital letters.
