Candidate Status Update/Announcement on Portal

According to the USAFA website, I should be receiving word of my candidate status today (July 1st), but all that is present in the portal is my decision for Summer Seminar. Does the Summer Seminar application not count as the Pre-Candidate questionnaire, or have they just not updated my page with a decision as of yet?

They sent out an email that the Candidate Kit will be delayed until July 15.
