Candidate visit weekend

Navy is my sons dream school. He completed his app early, and is hoping to be able to play football (although no offer but the coach visited him at high school). His problem is after his dodmerb was complete he broke his hand in a football game. Was then disqualified through dodmerb due to surgery to repair hand. He hopes to be cleared to play again tomorrow. FYI broke hand on August 18, had surgery on 22. He just got a candidate visit weekend invite. He attended Nass and loved it. Prob is both cvw are during playoffs for his team which is expected to go to state. Are there more weekends??? What should he do???

Similar situation with me. Was invited but can’t attend. Email your admissions counselor saying that you would love to attend but can’t, and to please put you down for a later date. There are more in the spring but dates haven’t been released yet.

Yes, email and ask for a spring CVW. They usually accommodate this.
