Cannot create an account

When I tried to make an account to apply for the AFROTC scholarship, it said my email was not valid. I checked multiple times and it is my correct email and it works just fine. Has anyone else experienced this? Who should I contact about this?

There is an email message blank on the AFROTC scholarship pages, but there is also this number:

Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps

www.airuniversity.af.edu

Since this is a tech question, you might get referred elsewhere.

Have you tried different browsers? Sometimes Govt sites are optimized for certain browsers. Cleared your cache?
