Can't tell if DoDMERB received follow ups

I had medical follow ups for my eyesight on January 4th through DoDMERB, but it doesn't show up in my correspondence. Do these always not show up, or should I call and ask if they got my forms? I hate to be a bother, especially since they just had issues on their end. On the other hand, I heard from USAFA that they requested a medical waiver on my behalf so it's important that they have my follow ups. I'm just nervous that something got lost in the process. Any help is greatly appreciated!
