CFA administer

The rules for the CFA are outlined on the form.

  1. Physical Education Teachers
  2. Military Academy Liaison Officers
  3. Military Officers or Noncommissioned Officers
  4. Professors of Military Science
  5. Field Force Representatives
  6. J/ROTC Instructors
  7. Coaches and relatives may NOT administer your CFA
 
Also if you are unable to find someone from list in your area, email you Regional Commander and seek his/her permission to have your Athletic Director administer your CFA.
 
You might also check with your Field Force rep or Regional Commander because in some locales they will organize a group CFA test. Assuming we are moving out of the pandemic, there might be larger group CFA's administered this fall.

West Point Liaison Officer scheduled a number of cadets on the same day just staggered them by the hour due to Covid. That was who my son took it with.
 
Also, any commissioned officer can administer the CFA. Check with your local recruiting station to see if they can recommend someone for you. Good luck!
